Everybody knows that kitchen triumphs are the best types of triumphs. Nothing beats the feeling of successfully brewing your first cup of cappuccino, completely solo!
Soon enough I’ll be drawing bunny rabbit designs on my coffee, you’ll see! (Okay, you might not see that happen). Also, don’t mind the chip on my prized mug… it gives it character, right?
Another kitchen triumph: incorporating leftovers into a dish (possibly) more delicious than the original! Using the enchilada cheese and sauce from my Chickpea Enchiladas, I made a “naked” rendition of an enchilada with rice and lots of avocado.
