Roasted cauliflower
The beautiful thing about roasted cauliflower is that all you need are simple ingredients: cauliflower (duh), salt, pepper and olive oil. Done.
Feel free to sprinkle a bit of curry powder, too. Maybe you’re feeling like chili powder? Do it.
Now, this is where things get complicated… you’ll need to set your oven to 475°, until the cauliflower is golden (~30-35 minutes).
That wasn’t actually complicated, right?
Ta-da! You have a perfect side… or maybe even a super simple dinner.
Eat. Enjoy!

Yum! I love cauliflower roasted and breaded!
I do, as well! My grandma used to bread and fry cauliflower– so indulgently delicious.

We roast it with a little onion. It makes a wonderful dish and can be a delicious topping on crostini.
Sounds lovely, Lee! I adore crostinis.

I have been meaning to try roasting cauliflower. It certainly looks so much nicer than plain old boiled style.
It definitely does! Vamps up a veggie that is famed to be boring.
Thanks for the comment xox,
