Heaven is a breakfast taco
It is completely agreeable to hate tacos. Really.
What doesn’t fly, however, is the complete absence of an opinion. Indifference, yes, that is our culprit.
Akin to politics and how you take your coffee, everybody must know how they feel about tacos. It’s a serious issue.
In a way, I sort of envy you taco-apathetic folk. You get to eat copious amounts of them in order to make up your mind… It has actually been scientifically suggested that you do that. Tacos for science. I did not just make that up.
(Yes I did, I can’t lie to you! But come on, this is an ingeniously delicious study, eating tacos all day. Sign me up.)
My favorite type of taco, if you haven’t guessed already, is the glorious breakfast kind. Filled with fluffy scrambled eggs and paired wonderfully with Sriracha, coffee and The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
But please, feel free to get creative. From cheddar to spinach there are a myriad of topping possibilities for these morning babies! After all, this is YOUR breakfast taco, not mine. Mine has been gracefully devoured already.
Now if you love tacos, or are still undecided on this crucial matter: grab some tortillas and feast. And if you happen to hate them… see you next time for a taco-free post!
